HEALING OF BIPOLAR/MANIC DEPRESSION
I know first-hand what Bipolar/Manic Depression is/can do and I am woman enough to put this out there. I was on the brink of suicide myself, although I had a great loving husband and 3 beautiful young children I had it planned. On the very day I was to do it, I went to church with my dad. I had been in church all my life. I knew about God and religion, but nothing about God and relationship. Just to make dad happy on what I planned to be my last day here I went with him. I had been asking God over and over to show me there was more to Him and life than what I knew. The depression that was so overwhelming, even with meds, for years. So that day God put me in the classroom of a tiny little woman, who is now my little spiritual momma: Virginia Wallace Thomas.
She asked if she could pray for me and when she touched my head with her hand it literally felt as if warm oil was being poured over my head and running down my body from my head to my toes! She read my mail as I call it, and from that day forward, GOD BECAME REAL TO ME! My life from that day forward changed drastically. I was LIVING once more, not just EXISTING.
Yes!!! Bipolar is real., BUT SO IS MY GOD WHO SAVED ME AND DELIVERED AND RELEASED ME!

THE POWER OF A MOTHER'S PRAYER - USED BY THE SPIRIT
There are often times when I hear that still, small voice to take action to do something for others. This was one of those times. A young woman, single Mother, struggling to put herself through nursing school and working to make ends meet. Her parents weren’t wealthy, but helped where they could.
One day, I can’t explain the urging or the tug at my heart, but an image of a girl I knew came before me. I heard the Spirit say, she needs $600.00. I was a friend of the family and didn’t hesitate to text her and asked her to meet with me. I said, I feel led to give you $600.00 for school. I asked her not to say anything to anyone. I just wanted her to know that Holy Spirit had moved on her behalf.
She was so excited she called her Mother. She couldn’t believe that I knew the exact amount she needed for her books. Her mother called me almost immediately. “I don’t know how you know this stuff, but you gave her just what she needed for school. I said, I didn’t know, but Holy Spirit knew what she needed. She continued, “I had been praying for a miracle, we couldn’t pay for books and tuition. She wasn’t going to be able to go back this semester, so I was praying for a miracle. She said, “I don’t know how you hear from God, but Thank you.
Without a doubt the power of a Mother’s prayer will move the Spirit to act on your behalf. A simple prayer and act of faith will continue to make the path for their children a little bit straighter.
STILL SMALL VOICE REGARDING FOOD
My daughter hadn’t been living for God for some time. There was a distance that only God could fill. She lived in the same small town, but we didn’t see each other often. I prayed for her often and her family often. I was on my way home from work one day and the Lord told me to go by there and to check on her and the kids. I tried to fight the move of the spirit saying to myself, she will call me if she needs something. I just couldn’t shake the strong urging of the Spirit.
I stopped by to check on her and her children. She said, “Mom, can I go home with you and get some food I haven’t had anything to eat for several days. I have given what we had to the kids. I knew her husband wasn’t God centered when he wouldn’t give her any money for food. Had I not listened to Holy Spirit, their lives would have ended very differently. That day changed us all.
